The document I uploaded a few days ago had a family tree included but it had lost its interconnecting lines in being saved as a PDF. I have now atatched a JPG scan of the tree showing the connection between various members of the Fernandes (de) Cavajal, Rodrigues and Nunes families amongst others. Apologies that this was unclear on the previous document.
The file attached is by Dr. Peter Ferdinando (with some small contributions by me :-) ). It traces the Ferdinando name back through the early community of the London Sephardic community via Antonio Fernandes Carvajal, and further back to Portugal and the Canary Islands.
